The prestigious 46th World Economic Forum (WEF) Annual Meeting 2016 held in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland, saw over 40 heads of state and government and 2500 leaders in a forum that discussed ‘Mastering the Fourth Industrial Revolution’. Our very own Dato’ Sri Vijay Eswaran played an influential role in shaping the discussions at the WEF by talking on the topic of ‘Building Mindful Organisations’ (Full speech can be read at the Vijay Eswaran official website)
During a lively session on his topic, Dato Sri Vijay spoke about how QNET’s parent company includes mindfulness in the everyday corporate world. He also spoke about its founding principles – truth, service above self, care.
This prestigious WEF event is held once a year in Davos where all leaders of the world converge to discuss future policy making and innovation. Dato’ Sri Vijay Eswaran, the only private company participant from Malaysia, was invited as a Member to the Advisory Board of Global Growth Companies.
Participants included more than 1500 business leaders from the Forum’s 1000 Member companies; nearly 300 public figures and Members of the Forum communities, including Social Entrepreneurs, Global Shapers, Young Global Leaders and Technology Pioneers.
