QNET snagged yet another Stevie® Award at the 2021 International Business Awards, adding to QNET’s growing list of awards this year. We stood out from over 3,700 nominations from 63 countries to win a bronze Stevie® in the Engaged Community of the Year category. This award is a huge nod to our social media and our very own QNET family.
“What we’ve seen in this year’s IBA nominations is that organisations around the world, in every sector, have continued to innovate and succeed, despite the setbacks, obstacles and tragedies of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher. “All of this year’s Stevie Award winners are to be applauded for their persistence and their resilience. We look forward to celebrating their achievements with them during our 8 December virtual awards ceremony.”

We received several positive comments from the judging panel that includes the world’s most respected executives, entrepreneurs, innovators and business educators. We were recognised for our for #VCC2020 social media campaign, winning an award for Engaged Community of the Year. What sets QNET apart is that all our communication is global and tailored to every market we work in. This means information and engagement in several languages, not just English.
Some of the feedback we received included praise for adapting our in-person events into virtual ones in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, QNET saw even better participation than in conventional events, and that is what got us a bronze at the 2021 International Business Awards. Apart from QNET, this year’s big winners included Etihad Airways, DHL, Google, Infosys, Pfizer, HP, IBM, among others. This is our second win at the Stevies® International Business Awards. Last year, we also won bronze for the Best Use of Social Media – Covid-19 Related information.
