How To Update Your Info Via QNET Mobile App
We’ve made it as easy and simple as possible for you to update your QNET IR info via the QNET Mobile App. Just follow the instructions on screen and you will be all set. But just in case you feel that it’s slightly trickier than you expected, here’s a step-by-step guide on keeping your info up to date.

Step One: Click On Edit Profile
Log in to your QNET Mobile App and click on Edit Profile on the top left of your screen, below your profile picture.
Step Two: Update Your Personal Information
Next, click on “Profile” and fill in all the missing details. If these are already filled, make sure that they are all correct. If not, update those details as well.
Apart from your title, nationality, gender, language and beneficiaries, the most important information we need is your full residential address, your email address and phone number, your QA pin code, your nationality and your Virtual Office & Mobile App Password.
You will be asked to key in a One-Time Password (OTP) to complete the process for security purposes.
What is OTP?
A one-time password (OTP) is an automatically generated set of numbers and/or letters that authenticates the user. This set of characters are being sent to the mobile number or email address that you have registered in your account and can only be used to log-in or access your account one-time. An OTP is more secure than a traditional or static password, especially a user-created password, which may be weak and/or reused across multiple accounts.
