A ROYAL RETREAT AT COTTON CASTLE
In the land of the Crescent Moon, you can take a dip in the pristine pools of Pamukkale, Turkey. The surreal pools are filled with glass blue water making it such an exciting offer by the QVI Club and your golden ticket to cross your bucket list off visiting this place.
One can even float down these awe-inspiring immaculate white terrace of Turkey’s steep valley. This geographical location is a picturesque sight of dreamlike clear pools warmed by its mighty waterfall.
From afar these white terraces are perceived to look like a cotton castle which is actually the literal translation of Pamukkale in the local tongue of the area. These cotton castle pools are made up of mostly limestone which carries an abundant amount of health-boosting minerals in them. Taking a dip in these warm waters is both relaxing and overall good for skin health as a result of the popular trend that a lot of visitors do while coming here, covering themselves in the mud of these pools.

If you like adventure, the braving slopes in the Garhwal Himalayas is definitely the place any adrenaline junkie should experience. The Garhwal Himalayas has several mountain ranges with an assortment of peaks that offer breathtaking views and smooth ski slopes. Being surrounded by a plethora of mountains, its essence puts it in perspective of how small we are compared to these giants.
When checking in to Cliff Top Club, Auli, you can experience a beautiful and luxurious resort. Standing at more than 10,000 feet above sea level, knowing you’re at the top of the world can give you to an experience like none other.
Taking a short drive away from the resort, Auli Snow Skiing once was used for military training and is now a snow heaven for skiing lovers. A trip to this ski mountain will have you feeling instantly assured and enthusiastic to test the slopes. So much so, even as a novice this trip will make you have the best skiing experience of your life.
Guided by skilled professionals, these trainers will lead you every step and fall of the way. The overall experience one can have is absolutely reassuring with safety and satisfaction guaranteed to have the greatest time.
Though practising for a couple of hours does make perfect, no matter how many times you go up and down the mountain, nothing can ever prepare you for the feeling that overtakes you while you race down the snow. Nonetheless taking one look at the glass-like aquamarine ocean of this tiny island of Sri Lanka will have you book within a second.
Getting to Sri Lanka is a breeze and the best thing about this country is the close proximity to basically everything from beaches to mountains to sand dunes and forests. When exploring the south, you can never worry about booking too many days, because there is just so much to see. If nothing else, say you’re doing your duty by celebrating World Tourism Day, and you’re set.
Having several beautiful coastal villages in the south, one can take a dip snorkelling with turtles in Matara, which houses the beautiful scenic Polhena Beach.
Next to Matara in the town Mirissa, is the hub for whale watching in Sri Lanka. You can witness these magnificent beasts of the ocean for a few hours before they sail away, a definite must have one of a kind experience for your travels to Sri Lanka.
Sri Lanka’s Southern Coast, in general, offers a bouquet of breath-taking shorelines anywhere you go.
