True to our commitment to nurture QNET direct selling professionals as well as promoting direct selling as a legitimate profession, our team works closely with our training arm, the V to deliver intensive QNET Pro and Compensation Plan Training Tour worldwide.
The tour started in Kazakhstan, covering 10 cities – Oskemen, Semey, Pavlodar, Karaganda, Astana, Kokshetau, Atyrau, Uralsk, Aktobe, and Shymkent. In the training sessions, passionate QNET Independent Representatives learned how to be a true QNET professional. More than 3000 enthusiastic QNET Independent Representatives attended training.
Our superstar trainer Jika Kalmatova delivered a variety of essential topics such as QNET Policies and Procedures, QNET Compensation Plan, Rank Advancement, and how to make the most out of QNET Business Tools. We are glad to see attendees’ enthusiasm throughout the training sessions. We received many good questions, turning the training sessions lively and interactive, and we are happy to see the good feedbacks from training attendees.

To ensure that we can sustain these training sessions locally, local leaders (V Ambassadors) are trained to conduct their own QNET Pro trainings for their teams. We aim to make every Independent Representative aware of how to conduct QNET business the right way for a sustainable success. In Kazakhstan, we passed the baton VC Ainash Zhumadilova who will manage regular training sessions locally.
